Hemp Ginger Dressing Recipe
This Hemp Ginger Dressing is perfect for salads, marinades, and dipping as well as full of omegas and proteins from the hemp hearts you love!
“Hempy Trinity” Sauce Base
¾ C Water
⅓ C Neutral Oil i.e. Grapeseed, avocado (olive or hemp for extra depth)
1.5 - 2 inch piece of ginger peeled and rough chopped
1-2 TBSP Soy sauce, tamari or Bragg’s Aminos
1 Lemon Juiced
3+ Cloves of garlic (to taste, we like it SPICY)
3-4 TBSP of Rice Vinegar (Any neutral vin will work)
1 TBSP of mustard (optional)
½ of a Large Shallot (sub onions or other alliums if that’s what you got)
Salt, pepper to taste
- Blend in Nutri-Bullet or similar
- Strain through metal strainer if you want. Not necessary.
- Very similar to the Benihana style or any chain or Teppan style restaurant
Great for marinades, dressings, and dipping!
